The Ontario Soccer League (OSL) officially wrapped up another exciting edition of the OSL Open Cup, following four months of high-level competition featuring a remarkable 117 men’s teams and 62 women’s teams from across the province. Each side competed for the prestigious OSL Open Cup title and a $10,000 grand prize, making this one of the most anticipated events of the OSL season.
After an impressive campaign filled with quality football and competitive spirit, two deserving champions emerged.
🏆 Men’s Division:
No Finish FC, a newly formed team entering their first Men's Open Cup, made an extraordinary debut. Demonstrating strong organization, determination, and teamwork, they navigated a challenging field of established clubs to capture the Men’s Open Cup after coming out on top over Provincial Elite side Panathinaikos 3-2. A remarkable achievement for a first-year team.
🏆 Women’s Division:
Caledon United, last season’s Women's Open Cup champion, successfully defended their title after coming back and defeating fellow Provincial side GS United 4-1. Their consistency, experience, and composure throughout the competition once again placed them at the top of Ontario’s women’s soccer scene.
The 2025 OSL Open Cup highlighted the depth of talent within the league and the continued growth of competitive soccer in Ontario. The OSL extends its congratulations to both champions, as well as to every team that participated in this year’s competition.
